SEC annuls Ordinary which required importers to perform verification of asbestos and mercury in household appliances
We inform that on September 13, the Superintendence of Electricity and Fuels in Ordinary No. 19614 , has left null and void what was indicated in ORD 14799 regarding the requirement of verification by analysis that would determine that products of type #electrodomésticos were free of Mercury/PCB and Asbestos.
