According to the exempt resolution n°31313 of the Superintendence of Electricity and Fuel, all switched sources used as energy sources for both desktop and laptop computers, must have SEC certification as of January 2, 2021, for manufacturers and importers; and as of September 1 for marketers.
INGCER is currently authorized to test and certify these products, so it is recommended that manufacturers and/or importers start the processing of the certificate before the effective date, so that the artifacts have their respective SEC seal and thus avoid any kind of setback when entering the country for marketing.
