According to resolution No. 22335, the compulsory certification for products covered under Protocol 8/8, will enter into force on 30/09/2018, but only for marketers that still have STOCK. The date of entry in force remains the same, both for manufacturers and importers, that is to say that from 31/03/2018, its products must have the respective certificate of approval of safety, prior to its commercialization.
For those companies that import and sell products locally, i.e. at their own sales points, they will be able to market without certification the available inventory from 31/03/2018 to 30/09/2018.
It should be noted that each importation made after 31/03/2018, must have the respective Certification.
As for QR seals, Exempt Resolution No. 22334, mentions that those products that cannot meet the minimum established size of marking, whether by dimension or geometry, may be marked with a size below that indicated by the current Standard.
