In 2018 the technical-commercial alliance for electrical conductors was made effective by means of Superintendencia de Electricidad y Combustibles in a legal documents in Chile and Perú (exempt resolution #24429 and #22312) witch authorize INGCER Certification Body to use test reports from the CEIS laboratory.
CEIS is a testing, innovation and service centre with extensive technical experience in the field of conformity assessment as well as in the development and performance of tests and technical assistance services related to Quality, Safety and the Environment. CEIS is accredited by ENAC in accordance with the UNE/EN/ISO/IEC 17025 standard.
INGCER CERTIFICATION BODY and CEIS are projected as a link that interconnects the exports of electrical conductors to chilean and peruvian market.
We remind that the Peruvian Technical Regulation approved with Supreme Decree Nº 013-2016-PRODUCE defines that the ever product (electrical conductor) that are regulated under this regulation can use certificates issued by bodies accredited by the authority of the country where are approve.
